If you answered "yes" to both of these questions, you are eligible. Please complete a project concept form and send it to the National Focal Person (NFP) for your country and the Subregional Coordinator (SRC) and await comments which should reach you within 7 days. Once you have received comments you will either proceed to complete a Planning Grant Form or a Full Grant Form.
